文华厅，感觉焕然一新，用了深蓝色作主调，配合精致的中国刺绣点缀出品味。新开的那边阳光更充足，亦多了私隐度高的独立偏厅。食物的味道永远都保持水准，摆盘感觉非常精致，还有很多特色餐具，感觉非常好。

位于香港文华东方酒店25楼，米其林一星餐厅，典型的中国风装饰，高贵优雅大气，可以看到维多利亚港以及中环街道宜人的景色，餐厅必须提前预定，主要是港式甜品、特色糕点、小吃、甜品以及海鲜、烧味等，味道很赞，特别是蟹粉烧饭，芒果布丁推荐，当然价格也不菲，一杯柠檬水就要78元，一壶菊花茶120元，点了具代表性特色的三状元(仁稔烧䳘酥，水晶虾饺，蜂巢鲍鱼)，黑椒牛肉酥、蟹粉烧饭、炒芥兰菜，芒果布丁共什1200多元人均HK$620元左右。记忆犹新的是上桌的三个沾酱，把XO酱和辣椒酱拌在蟹粉饭中，一个字＂爽＂，最后还送了两种小点心，嗯！总的来说很赞哦，特别是餐厅的服务一流水平。必须赞一个，周到、细致、暖心！
